I have spent the last six years moving between the whiteboard and the codebase. At Oliver Wyman I lead strategy and product work for enterprise clients and built The Hub, a 0-to-1 AI platform that shipped to five of them. Before that I ran a 10-person team at Microsoft, and more recently started and sold a small business of my own. What ties it together is a simple instinct: take something ambiguous, give it structure, and make it real.
